Everybody was friendly & helpful. I did not have to wait long to see the advocate nor the nurse & Dr.The only draw back is Dr Ahmed has a strong accent & I have difficulty understanding people with accents
From the front desk to the laboratory to the check-in nurses… EVERYONE is pleasant, efficient, thorough and respectful! Tina Morrison NP is SMART. Both my husband and I , who switched to Oak Street, are impressed. I am especially happy with the preventative practices I’ve seen there.
Visit started with Alex, the intake coordinator. He gave me good insight about some insurance matters as well as positive aspects of Oak Street Health. He was very well informed and pleasant to talk with. Myra, Med. Assistant, was also very pleasant and very efficient. She took my vitals and gave me more insight about your facility. Tina, Nurse Practitioner, was exceptional. She asked a lot of leading questions to gain insights about me and my medical history. She was a very good listener and very patient with me. I never felt rushed. My whole experience was excellent.
