I went there with a pain in my ass with out a appointment and the nurse and doctor saw me in 40 minutes
Then he prescribed a antibiotic which I was able to pickup at osco
All for free

I visited the Hoffman Estates clinic and one of the Tech's name Michael who use to be at the Elgin facility greeted me with warmth and a big smile. He has always been so personable and very good at what he does. He shows a lot of compassion for us Veterans. Keep up the good work Michael. Sincerely, David Soeder

I started using this facility last year. So far I’m very pleased with each visit. Place is clean and has very friendly staff and doctors and most of all the location is very convenient; ample parking too.
