I cannot say enough good things about Benchmark. The ladies there are so kind and so knowledgeable. I felt comfortable immediately and so well taken care of. The bras I got are super comfortable and I will never go anywhere else again! Lisa and Ren are so kind and answered all of my questions. Thank you ladies!!
Well there seems to be an issue with calls being returned as of late. Last week I called as I received a postcard stating it's time for me to get new bras. No return call.
I called again yesterday and left another message, but no return call.
Is this business closing their shop?
When the phone is answered it is a recorded message saying the next representative with be with you shortly. The another message, after waiting a few minutes states they are installing a new health system. Well if that is the case they need some troubleshooting done. Been Dealing with this firm since 2019.

I didn't know what to expect, but it certainly wasn't a boutique experience. I needed a compression garment after a lumpectomy and radiation. When I saw "medical supply store", I expected something very clinical. Benchmark is the opposite, with warm, caring, and personal touches. I was shown several options, fitted expertly, and shown how to adjust/care for the bra and padding. I wish *everyone* going through breast cancer had access to a place like this.
