I came in with chest congestion. Right away I was told I needed a RSV test. The Dr. said it's like a Covid test, just a noise swab. They gave me no medication and said they would call with results. Four days past with no call. I was still sick and getting worse. When I called them they said everything looks fine. I asked to be seen again or medication and I was told I couldn't get in for two weeks. I went to urgent care somewhere else and they gave me medication and I was better in a few days. The real issue came when I got the bill. They charged my insurance $3,500 for this RSV noise swab and my part was $507. Heck NO ....I'm disputing it!

The care I got was a F-, my office experience was degrading and I felt like a women in a 3rd world country Mercy is OK with their staff talking to patients like trash and clearly need my $22... they can get $.50 at a time. Maybe next time they will clean before a patient is seen. Or not let their physical therapy department belittle a female left alone in a room with this male. I never felt so uncomfortable and degraded.

If you need your CDL medical card do not go here.the staff& nurse were good to me I got there a little late they helped me with every thing passed eye test every thing was great until the nurse practitioner came in treated me like an escaped convic.went over every thing three times so she could fail me for some bullshit excuse there was no one else there now I know why.not many people in the hole place come to think about it.what ever happen to seeing a real doctor.this CDL medical card thing has got out of hand.she walked in the room like she was god not nice to me once.the rest of the staff treated me like gold I could tell the felt bad. They should fire that one.i haven't had a ticket or accident for over 30 years. Thank you wanted to let you know before she ruins your day to.
