“I had a major surgery performed in late January at NHC, and was referred to All Quality Home Health Care by the hospital's social worker. Anna was the nurse assigned to my care, and she proactively reached out to me and stopped by the house for my first visit on the day following my release.

For the next 2 months, Anna visited weekly, or as needed, offering excellent care during my recovery. Anna is professional, knowledgeable, diligent, caring and personable; a true gem!

“You just never know if an agency will listen to you and your family and match the level of care you need for your sanity for your loved one. Thankfully, I had exposure to Synergy 8 years ago after my Dad's passing to come and be with my Mom when I was traveling and in general to be a companion while I was working. They did a wonderful job of matching our Caregiver back then, so when I needed someone to help with my Mom when she came home from the hospital with a major health issue, I knew who I had to call. From the first interaction, I knew we made the right choice again. Within 6 days of needing a Caregiver, we had a wonderful match. In the first day of the Synergy Caregiver, Mom was starting to stand and pivot, eat, drink, and talk. A month later, eyes were open all the time, and she started speaking in full sentences.

Synergy helped bring my Mom BACK! I am happy to say that between Synergy and our medical care team, we got Mom out of home hospice and back to regular medical care. “My mom made great friends while she was a resident in memory care (Crossings). She had really good care there and was very comfortable. Definitely the brightest light there came from Jenniffer, the health and wellness coordinator. She had a magic touch with all of the residents, and they all loved her, especially my mother. All of the activities she coordinated were done with a constant smile and laughter. For my mom's birthday, she helped me throw a party. She made sure that all the residents had a great time complete with music, and dancing and singing. She helped me decorate and even made a fruit punch. She made it a real party and made my mom feel very special. Both me and my mom miss her very much!“

“Regarding the care given my husband. The nurses and the social worker were great. The CNA talked a lot about herself and her troubles as my husband lay dying. A substitute CNA told my daughter and I to “have a good one” as she left us … again we were sitting vigil by his bed with just days left. Nurses great and social worker great! CNAs could use sensitivity training. He died a month and a half ago and we have never heard a word since then.“

“Chanda was sent to us by Griswold Home Care. He took care of my Mom, who had dementia, for the last three years. He has to be the most gentle and caring man that I have ever met. He grew to be one of our family, and was with us when she died. He showed compassion, understanding, companionship, and happily saw to taking care of everything she needed 24/7. I would highly recommend him and Griswold to anyone whose loved one needs a caretaker. ?“

Traycee was the only service to call us back out of 6 or 7 that we tried, and we had a caregiver by 9pm that evening. Every single person who worked those final12 days of my mom’s life was dedicated and caring. I was able to phone screen each person to ensure I felt comfortable, and when there wasn’t a good fit, a replacement was found immediately.
