I recently began using BrightStar Care with my father three days a week to slowly transition them into the home care idea. We were blessed to have a gentleman named Al come to their home. He was amazing! He found out what they were looking for and stepped right in to help with some house hold chores like cleaning my dad's bathroom, making him lunch and helping him get moving such; as walking the house. He is open to playing board games and talking about all sorts of topics with my dad. Al understands my dads crazy dry humor and laughs at all the jokes we have heard for years. Great company and excellent caregivers. We hired Brighstar to assist a relative post-surgery. The team was cheerful, punctual and most of all, extremely capable. Would defintely use them again!
I am writing this review on Gabriella J. who has been caring my 91 year old mother since her partial hip replacement in November. Both my parents have come to love having her in their home. Speaking for my siblings, having her is a blessing and we appreciate the kindness and care she shows both my parents. Thank you to BrightStar for introducing my parents to such a wonderful and compassionate caregiver.
