We were warmly greeted by two staff members. When we explained we were looking for tile (which they don't sell, as their focus is on granite, marble, quartz, and slab materials), they didn't hesitate to help.
They brought in Tom, who clearly has a deep knowledge base of stone and tile products.

He generously spent 10 minutes of his time identifying our sample and directing us to four specific places where we might find it. It's rare to find a company so willing to assist when there's no immediate sale involved.

Over that time frame, they have painted just about every room in our house (minus one upstairs bedroom, and the basement bathroom). “Great experience working with Northern Flooring on replacing our old floors w/ prefinished Mirage hardwood. David was very helpful early in the process w/ flooring options and selection. He was very accommodating in making some proposal adjustments we requested. Jason & Brian (installers) came out to do the initial review of the project and take measurements. We consulted three other contractors but Jason & Brian really made Northern Flooring stand out. They called out several things during their initial visit that were not mentioned by any of the other contractors - I could tell they were seasoned professionals. Job took a little longer than originally quoted, but that was due to what they uncovered during demo. Jason and Brian took their time and were focused on doing the work properly, which we really appreciated. We're very happy with the final product and getting great feedback from family and friends already!“
