“Pro Edge has been our go-to painting team for over 16-years, and they always deliver fabulous results! Over that time frame, they have painted just about every room in our house (minus one upstairs bedroom, and the basement bathroom). Their work is meticulous/ detail oriented, and their customer service is excellent. From the start, he was incredibly responsive and communicative, always explaining his process and proactively pointing out potential considerations we hadn't thought of. He scheduled us quickly and got right to work, transforming our kitchen over three days. We were warmly greeted by two staff members. When we explained we were looking for tile (which they don't sell, as their focus is on granite, marble, quartz, and slab materials), they didn't hesitate to help.

He was very accommodating in making some proposal adjustments we requested. Jason & Brian (installers) came out to do the initial review of the project and take measurements. We consulted three other contractors but Jason & Brian really made Northern Flooring stand out. They called out several things during their initial visit that were not mentioned by any of the other contractors - I could tell they were seasoned professionals. Job took a little longer than originally quoted, but that was due to what they uncovered during demo. Jason and Brian took their time and were focused on doing the work properly, which we really appreciated.
