Old Floor 2 New was recommended to me by a trusted contractor. Arnie and Allison were an absolute pleasure to work with. I needed emergency flooring on two of three levels of my new home and wanted the same flooring that I had wasn’t available anywhere. They reached out to venders and based on photos were able to find 3 samples for me that were pretty darn close, with one of those being spot on. The floors were ordered on a Thursday and they were installed on Monday and Tuesday, so I could move in on Thursday.The two installers did an incredible job. They were fast, courteous and clean. I recently purchased a house in Richmond Illinois and needed help with the hardwood flooring situation where parts of the floor were damaged, but most was good. It was difficult to find matching wood, but with the help of the people at Old Floors 2 new, their crew did a great job matching up the wood I found with the wood that was on the floor and they did a wonderful job very thorough. Very neat and professional. Can’t thank them enough for such a great job. My wife and I are very pleased with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.
