Hands down ENCORE CONCRETE COATING IS SUPERIOR! Out sales rep Homer came out to our house he was so very nice and polite. We booked the job. The morning of the job the rain would not stop but Cameron came out and prepped the floor but due to the rain the floor had to be finished the next day. The next day 2 very nice guys came out and finished the job and we absolutely LOVE our new floor. We are so impressed my husband called the office and asked if our sales rep can come back and quote us on another job. 10/10 stars ⭐️

Loved how our garage floor looked upon completion (hated having to wait a few days to park on it). Our sales rep, Chris Morrissey, was very professional and did a great job informing us of the value of their product. My one and only complaint would be that I was unable to make contact with any representative from the company during the week prior in order to ask some questions and verify that the project was still occurring since it had been some time since the contract was signed. But they contacted me a day or two before to verify my appointment. So don't panic if you don't hear from them much between the sales date and installation date. After getting the problem areas repaired, I have some additional comments. The technician did what looks to be a good repair. The areas where the repairs were made are ones that they had patched as part of the initial project. Those areas can be difficult to repair well.I edited my initial review. After a year, there are a number of spots where the coating is bubbling and coming off.I tried to submit a claim on their website, but it wouldn't accept it. I called their office and was told me to email it to them, which I did. After a week, there was no response so I called.
