Store Manager Chelsey showed me several samples of their best selling laminate flooring with attached padding in our favorite colors. Next, Owner Tom visited our home to measure our living room, dining room, and kitchen. Then he told us how long the installation would take. Also, he took a photo of the laminate flooring sample we chose to ensure the accuracy of our order. Additionally, Chelsey gave us a very reasonable price quote, which we happily accepted. Then she ordered the flooring. Finally, Installers Andy and Randy measured and worked harmoniously, finishing this project on time. They were very polite and pleasant. “Jerry recently completed our fireplace surround, installation of a new mantle, closing off an old TV cabinet and installation of TV mount and soundbar, and some other touchups around the fireplace (flooring). This may not seem like a lot, but he is very meticulous so that every edge is perfectly aligned without odd cuts in the stone veneer. He completed the project in 5 days as originally estimated.We have used Jerry for 3 projects in the past 3 years and he will continue to be our go-to handy man for big and small renovations in our house. We love his work, work ethic, and fact that he sees the project through from start to finish.“
