Been going here since they first opened in 2006. Staff is always friendly and make it very easy for me to get my contacts. Even tho they’re out of network with my vision insurance I always find myself coming back here because of their steady good customer service. Definitely a gem

The service was excellent. I never had virtual eye exam before so I was kinda skeptical about it. However, it changed my mind. The doctor was so patient and wanted to make sure that my exam is absolutely correct. The workers were great as well!Totally recommend.

Best eyeglass place I've ever been to!! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, and everyone is super friendly. Their glasses are all of great quality, and they have a big selection. The glasses and prescription were also cheaper than any other eyeglass place I went to! I drove almost two hours to come here, and it was worth the drive! I will be coming here from now on to get my glasses. Thanks so much, Chicago My Optical!!?
