“This is an update to my review from a year ago. I can now report that Panozzo has finally repaired the mistaken date on my mother's headstone. As I reported a year ago, their services were good with the exception of that one lapse which has now been corrected.“
“Very patient and caring. My husband worked for the USPO. His employer told me I will receive paperwork 3-4 weeks after death. I was told to let the funeral home know and they would know what to do. I did t know the amount of coverage. Mr. Spencer was calm and said well take care of it they didn’t pressure me or call me regarding payments. It was during the holidays and at the time of my husband’s visitation I asked had they heard from the USPO and they hadn’t. Nevertheless things went on as scheduled and I was not to worry. May God county to bless and prosper the Leaks family and its business.“

“First time visiting this funeral home. Even during the Covid 19 crisis, this place was still open and operation. Easily located off Cicero Avenue and close to a plethora of places. This funeral home is average sized. It's a bit out of date but very accommodating, great service provided by the staff. There was no "grief room" but I think that's the least of the issues if this is the result of the crisis. Bathrooms during visits are a bit sub par in my opinion. Wouldn't mind having my funeral here either.“

“I truly believe Holy Cross takes great care of those who once walked amongst us and now reside behind the Pearly Gates. I made a request in July to have the headstones of my great grandparents raised up and came back in October to find they fulfilled my request and at no charge. God bless you.“
“I have no one buried here; but all cemeteries remove flowers, balloons etc. at different times of the year. I would put down and make cemetery wreaths in December. They would stay down a while then be removed. Check with the cemetery. Could be because it's easier to do up keep around the grave area. And some things of memory fly away.“
