I really appreciated the staff and the grounds keepers who were with us at the graveside burial service for my mom. They were all very kind to us, respectful and professional which provided comfort during a difficult time. Thank you.
We have several family members buried here. On a recent trip back to Chicago, we stopped to visit their graves. There were a few that we could not locate by memory, so we visited the office and they were kind enough to locate our loved ones so we could pay our respects, and have a written record of their grave sites to save with our family tree. The staff was friendly, professional, and prompt in helping us out. Additionally, we were able to personally thank them for resetting my wife’s father’s headstone, which had settled since his burial in 2019.
My appointment with Michael K at Chapel Hills cemetery was far more than I expected— he’s fantastic! I came in to discuss pre planning and felt so comfortable and welcomed. Never rushed or pushed to make decisions i was uncomfortable with. He is an asset to this operation and I did make my arrangements with direction - so very happy I went and met with him first! You won’t be disappointed!
