I just wanted to say that at Oakland they were very kind and compassionate about our feelings with my sisters and I it was a hard time but they made it easier and made sure we were informed about everything we would like to thank them

Losing a child is by far one of the hardest things I've ever had to deal with. But walking into Oakland Memory Lanes for an appointment with Ms. Donna Richard made things easier for me and my daughter. Donna's spirit, her tone, her concern, her heart and her knowledge to the business was impeccable. So we made a decision in a few hours called Donna back to finalize the contract to have our loved one remains secured at Oakland Memory Lanes.RIP Son-Brother-Grandson- Nephew-Cousin-Friend 1-6-24
