From the very first call, Ms. Holt put my heart at ease and guided us through planning my mother’s homegoing with such care. She was patient, kind, and professional — even with our last-minute changes. And when we somehow forgot the casket spray, Ms. Holt graciously told us that she would get one for us on the house. My mother looked beautiful, and everything was handled with love and respect. The homegoing service was truly heartfelt. It was a pleasure doing business with W W Holt Funeral Home.
