She got details about the desired outcome and how I generally wear my hair to arrive at a style that suits me. You have to experience the steam treatment - it's fabulous! The salon is very stylish and the staff is very friendly.

Today I visted this Salon to accomplish my Vacation Ready style of Long Knotless Box Braids , I'm so happy I did!!! First and foremost the professionalism of my Braid Technician was so refreshing!! She was Organized, and worked expeditiously, giving me the flawless braids I desired. Appointments are made on her App. , a deposit is required and applied to your balance, she communicated with me every step of the process. I enjoyed my stylist, she was very personable, it seemed like I've known her for years!!! Thanks Misha, you've got a new client!!!!

I will get her every time she is by far my favorite at this location! Made great recommendations on products and the wax was the least painful experience I've ever had. This was an awesome first experience. Rasheeda and her staff was very friendly and the shop offers a relaxing calm setting. Rasheeda is very informative, she offered information about proper products that I should be using and even offered hair care information for my 6 year old daughter. Kristin was amazing! This was my first time getting waxed and I was really nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, and explained everything which made the experience way easier than I expected. Because of her, my first time was actually a really positive and memorable experience. I would 100% recommend Kristin to anyone, especially first-timers!
I haven’t been back in 3 years i got booked. With SHEMA. This has been the most easiest painful wax I ever had if you’re sensitive or scared about getting a wax from a bad experience please book with SHEMA . Her knowledge as well as how gentle she works was comforting.
Now Eboni the front desk customer service was amazing and she was so welcoming. She made me feel like a friend rather than just a customer. She even reassured a customer next to me that was nervous for her first time. This ppl over all made it the best wax I’ve had.

I had a really great first visit! The staff were all very friendly and the doctor was nice. He did a very thorough cleaning which was quite painful, but I do believe that was mostly my fault because I have not gotten a proper cleaning for a bit. He was very good at patient education and took care to make sure any concerns I had were addressed. My fiancé and I both have come here for a cleaning and left feeling sparkly and clean! My fiancé had a filling done and felt that it was taken care of very well. I am glad he found this place and we both will be following up regularly!
