They strat the work and than stopped for over a month because they try to cash a insurance check illegally and than blame that on us. Had us living in a hotel for months to the point we ran out on insurance money and they didn't care. I wouldn't go to this place they will just steal your money and lie and do cheap work.“

Patrons should not be fooled by the before photos posted by Karens on this platform. Jay is great and there isn’t anyone I would rather hire for flooring services.“

“We had water in our finished basement from a leak. Our carpet and furniture (and the items in our storage closets) were saturated. My husband called Serv Pro and they came out the same day and sucked out all the water. They moved our furniture around and set up fans and dehumidifiers. We had a dumpster delivered and they helped us go through everything. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable about how to dry and clean everything and they worked with our insurance. It turned out to not be as bad as I thought it would be, and cleanup was way quicker than I expected. I would use them again.“
