“I have been going to yoga classes at Tranquil Soul since Oct 2023. Even though I have been practicing yoga since 2015…or maybe even longer than that.. (from what I can remember :) ), Tranquil Soul opened me up to different styles/formats of yoga. I took my first ever Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing classes here and was absolutely hooked. I didn’t know I needed these types of yoga in my life until I came here and did a 30 day unlimited trial during a very stressful and overwhelming season of life.<br>I have enjoyed being a member here and incorporating their yoga classes into my routine to help support myself mentally, physically, and spiritually. It’s been fun trying out various classes and coming back to classes that work with my schedule and fertility treatment journey since 2023. I even inspired my mom to try classes here, and she became a member too and enjoys the classes! :)<br><br>I find this studio a healing place for me personally. Even though I have the 5 classes a month membership, I feel welcomed and enjoy talking to the instructors. I love that each instructor brings their own teaching style with the same goal of taking time for yourself to connect with your body and breath.<br><br>The studio offers a lot of other events, retreats, and activities which is nice.<br>Highly recommend trying this studio whether you are new to yoga or Pilates, or a long time practicing yogi.”

“Very kind front desk staff, the older gentleman always is chipper and has a smile on his face when I have any questions, or when I purchase my smoothie and chips before OT/PT in the therapy section of the gym<br>On a side note, the occupational and physical therapists are all very kind people, and will work with you to get you better.<br>They are happy to chat as well, and keep me on track if I get too talkative. I'm very bad with names, but there's 2 occupational therapists I really enjoy working with, both kind ladies. Nick is a fantastic physical therapist, you're in great hands with him, especially.<br>All around, a great place, I can't wait to go to the class they offer after therapy. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to afford the gym membership<br>10/10<br>Edited to give the female OT therapists some love too. Stacey is the perfect instructor because she makes herself aware of everyone’s needs and teaches to them. I always feel so much better when I leave mentally and physically.”

Typically always two individuals on staff trying best they can to keep up with cleanliness, and I feel they're doing a good job especially considering it is a fitness center which requires much attention. I've found the front desk staff to be courteous and professional.”

“Nice facility with a full soccer field and three basketball courts. This place is very nice. Take note that that the facility does not let miners play on the Court or field by themselves and needs to have a adult with them. Staff is let's just say okay and the vending machines are also okay but some of them are broken. Sportsplex offers open gym and open field and you can also rent out the court and field.”
