“Today my yearly appt was as good as it gets. Bloodwork was fast, as usual, and I was called for my appt within 10 minutes. The lab had an extra vial of what I needed for my injection and everything I needed was taken care of in a very timely manner. Past appointments took several hours with lots of wait time. Whatever Alpha Med is doing to get things back on track and keep things moving worked today. Very pleased and told the doctor how pleased I was. He said they are working to improve wait times.“

“I’ve been going and have taken my kids to Orland Primary Care since 2000. My kids are seen by a fun loving doctor Dr Kevin Germino. My kids really enjoyed seeing him and now my kids have all grown and I believe they miss him. I have always been seen by Dr Scott Schieber. He has always attended to my needs as I was diagnosed with Thyroid issues. He was catering to my needs to choose a more natural medicine to help w my thyroid issues and for that I’m grateful. The nurse stag has always been accommodating but the front desk woman are not the friendliest. Try not to let that deter you. I definitely highly recommend the nurses and doctors.“

“I had my first visit there ( New Lenox) referred by my primary doctor. My wife accompanied me. We found the staff very nice and responsive and clear. Dr. Nischal Raya was great and took the time to go over my hospital reports and question me about what I was experiencing and listen to my story and laid out a clear plan for me. I'm very glad I found him. I'm feeling much better since seeing him.“

Yes - you may have to wait at times just like any other service based business, emergencies arise and life is not about instant gratification. Research the individual provider reviews in the group, your personal experience may vary dependent on the provider you choose. Their Healow app provides an excellent communication conduit to the providers and also retains documentation for future references.“

One of the few medical professionals out there who has compassion and empathy for their patients (the medical field these days seem to lack empathy but not Sherri).My daughter came for blood work with EXTREME anxiety and Sherri was amazing! The love and care she gave for her profession showed. In the end, she got the job done and my daughter left happy. If they lose this employee that would be a huge loss for this facility cuz this woman is the real deal!!!!“
“The NP could not do enough for me. I had been dealing with a bad cold that refused to go away. When I finally went to urgent care, the stated wait time was 3 hours. However, I was seen in less than half of that. The NP still spent time with me, not rushing, and did a thorough exam. She then had me stay for a breathing treatment and came back in afterwards to see if my lungs sounded better. She sent my prescriptions over to my pharmacy immediately. The standard of care was excellent.“
“I had to rush my mom there to the ER recently. We had quick service to a room in the ER and they drew blood, ran tests and took xrays. A couple of hours later was told that she had developed pneumonia and they wanted to admit her. Gladly, she had a wonderful stay and great care while being there. The staff was courteous and very friendly and was always there to accommodate her. She even enjoyed the food whic is hard ti believe. She's quite picky?. Any she's recovered and doing fantastic. Thanks St. James staff for your services. Be blessed.“
