I see Dr. Patel for my rheumatory arthritis. I was on a medicine that I loved for 10+ years, but unfortunately my body got use to it and I needed to change medication. Dr. Patel listened to my concerns and helped me find something that worked.I am happy with Dr. Patel, but his staff, their ability to help, answer and/or return your call would get 1 star.
I always receive professional, knowledgeable and friendly care whenever I see the doctor. The staff quickly responds to any health concerns I have as well as questions I have regarding appointments and medication refills; they are very accommodating.
Dr. Patel is very personable. He is not in a rush and tries to educate you about treatment options and what the results are to be sought. Look forward to seeing the results achieved.Highly recommend.
