The nurse was very welcoming, personable, and detailed. The doctor spent time listening, asked open ended questions and provided a collaborated treatment plan. Overall it is was a pleasant visit with positive outcomes.
On arrival, I was greeted by staff and invited to the waiting room. After a brief wait I was called by Sue to an examination room. She made me feel comfortable, she took my vitals and collected my images and loaded them on the laptop for the Doctor. The Doctor entered and reviewed my case, listened to my questions and concerns and we discussed a treatment plan. Upon exiting I met with Debra for scheduling. She was pleasant and patient while I check my calender. After I returned home I had a few follow up questions. Sue returned my call and answered all my questions. As a first appointment over all good experience.
