I agreed to let him check my roof on another day.He came back, climbed the ladder, and said there was damage indeed. He showed me that Alliance was an authorized installer of GAF, a top product that had a layer attached to the plywood fixed on the house frame, and the shingles on the top. It is like having a dual protection for my home. GAF provides life time warranty for their product.*** filled out the authorization to initiate a claim with State Farm that included replacement costs considering my roof already had 30 years.When the State Farm adjuster came, *** was here, and he agreed that the roof had to be replaced and the skylight as we had water damage in my bathroom.
