“Today, I had a guilty pleasure in my nearly 100 year old home that I have not had in the past 25 years that I have lived here. I had a shower where I was not standing in three inch deep (or more) water and I was able to see a whirlpool where the water was going down the drain. “I must say Mike was a real professional. Ozzie scheduled me between 4-6 and was a able to give me a same day Appointment. He said if he can, he'll call me if he can get someone here sooner. He gave a 45 minute head up notice that Mike will be arriving within 40 minutes and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. He was polite and entered my home with boot covers and was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the service and customer friendly conversation.
