We were so worried about finding a service man to help us with a new water heater. We have an extra large one and it’s difficult to find someone to even work on it. Mike put our fears at ease and acted like it was no problem..
He explained the whole situation to us, and we are now waiting on a quote.
Jaden, the service technician, was prompt, honest, and straightforward. He found the issue and resolved it in very short time. I will definitely be calling your service the next time I need work/repair done.
Got emergency service for a sewer backup. Angelo arrived in the middle of the night and got the sewer rodded in under two hours. He was professional, industrious, and he cleaned up afterwards. He spent enough time with me to explain the fees and the overall cost of doing the work. Great, great job, I can’t thank Glinke enough for saving me from missing a day of work.
