They asked me for the serial number of that specific window. I emailed it to them along with a photo of the cloudy window, and they ordered and installed the replacement - no charge. “Highly recommend getting windows and doors from Ultimate Home Solutions. I had all my double hung windows, patio door and front door replaced. From getting the job quoted to complete installation everything was handled professionally and done as ordered. They have a a showroom where you can see the actual products and test out windows, sliding glass door or front doors. Colin came out and measured each window before pricing and was also in charge of doing all the installation. Ganya kept me updated with emails and schedule for when project would be started and completed. Great service, great people and pricing was reasonable compared to 4 other companies.“
