They beautifully revived 100 year old floors that had been buried under layers of flooring in a historic building in downtown St. Louis. The project included sourcing lots of historic (hard to find) wood to match, lots of high-quality repairs cutting out damaged wood and replacing other materials. They sanded and sealed up the floors which turned out great. They communicated well, were on time and on budget. The final product was MUCH better than we expected and these historic floors will be a centerpiece of historic residential life for another 50 years due to Patrick's meticulous care and attention to detail.
