I have used Randy multiple times. I always feel confident coming to him for another project. HIGHLY recommended.
I'll be honest, things weren't perfect with the job initially. But here's the thing: Floors Done Right stands by their work and made sure that they didn't leave until the job was done right. And oh, what a job. The floors were in terrible shape thanks to years of abuse from pets, and 60 years of wear and tear. But Floors Done Right turned four rooms with wood floors, and one with a parquet floor into gleaming showcases. It was a stunning transformation at what I think was a very fair price. I would hire Floors Done Right again in a second.
I had a top notch experience with Floors Done Right. They were incredibly professional and friendly. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and my floors are beautiful!!! I would definitely recommend them.
