“I needed a custom railing to ensure people wouldn't get out of the chair and have a large step down and possibly fall. They came out to our home, saw what I needed, listened to what I wanted, took some measurements, and then made some great design suggestions. We went through a couple iterations of design and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. In the end, I had them install it and they got it done per the agreed upon date. They did a great job.“
“I had to replace an octagonal window in my bathroom because the wood trim was rotting out. I was interested in replacing all my windows but couldn't do them all at once. The team who installed my windows (Kevin, Mike, and Caleb) came out and did the first three a few weeks ago, and then the remaining seven windows this week. The windows all look so good and I appreciate their attention to the trim work, showing me how to use my windows, and answering all of my questions.I have been a long time customer of Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors, and Baths. They replaced my roof over a decade ago, they replaced all of my windows this spring, and soon they will replace my siding. I cannot imagine using any other company for home repairs because I know they are responsive, easy to work with, and local. Everyone I've spoken to from Terry Hensen to Beth Jacob, the window install crew, (and Brooke and Deidre and countless others) has been kind and helpful. “We hired Mizzell to do replace some door framing and make deck repairs. After I made a deposit, they crew showed up within days of the promised arrival time. When more damage was discovered, I was informed and the material costs were adjusted. Once on site, the crew worked on consecutive days to complete the repairs. After the foreman called to check on the finished work, I told him about two minor finishing details that were addressed and completed to my satisfaction within days. This crew showed up when they promised, worked in weather that wasn't always ideal and did a great job. I would recommend them for the type of work they performed for me to anyone and would hire them again if needed.“

“A few years ago, we refreshed our kitchen with new countertops, appliances, sink, backsplash and cabinets. I noticed that the granite piece behind the stove had started to “sink” compromising the backsplash tile. Graniterra came out, moved the stove out, repaired the issue, repaired the grouting and backsplash, and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job and it looks brand spanking new. Best part it was covered by their lifetime warranty. I had used this company (different name), in 2000 for a previous kitchen remodel, and I was pleased with their work then too. Can’t say enough good things about them!!“
