“I called ProDry in a panic when I learned that my property had flooded during a burst pipe while I was away. They were ridiculous fast to respond, on site within 15 minutes clearing water and mitigating damage. I worked with ProDry over the course of a couple weeks on tearing everything out of the house that was damaged by water, about 70% of the interior. They were incredible to work with. Very detail-oriented. They even managed to get my kitchen countertops removed with no damage. Inessa was my point of contact through the whole process, making everything as easy as possible for me. She even dropped off a handwritten card to thank me for working together after the job was complete. So professional, courteous and personable through the whole process. She recommended a contractor for the build-back who was incredible and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. “Called these guys Fri morning they were at my house ASAP, my entire house flooded. Kids toilet a screw cracked on the bottom behind it and water leaked down 3 floors. Spoke to Jason the owner very nice guy guided me and got me ready for what was coming. Had me call his project manager and The project Mgr showed up Brandon, and he was beyond professional walked us through the entire process and then they got started. They had 3 guys there daily working on all levels they were beyond fast beyond clean n most importantly beyond respectable to my two pitbull’s I had locked in my bedroom the entire wk they were working, they allowed me to take them out whenever I needed to just to give them a heads up to get out of the house lol. They were done in less than a week, never late and never slacked I would and will name drop these guys whenever a friend says to me do you know a restoration company. Finally starting on the rebuild and can’t wait see our new house. “Nathan and his team are wonderful! Our upstairs neighbor had a leak that got into our unit. Nathan was able to come out at my next availability, assess the carpets and get them clean - all within about an hour and a half. (1 medium room, 1 large room and a smaller area). He even helped me move a larger piece of furniture to make sure we got all the carpet area needed. He explained what was happening throughout the process and got all the staining and hair out! His prices were great too and he and his team were super friendly. Highly recommend!“
