“The experience of working with Advanced Floor Cleaning was amazing. Brandon was easy to work with, showed up punctual and the end result was above and beyond what we were expecting.

We have 2 senior dogs and unfortunately having a light colored carpet is a big challenge keeping clean with them. We truly feel that the deep cleaning that was done earlier today is something we should have done a while ago, however this is a service can see our family getting done at least once a year.

“Stop looking! These guys are amazing. The details and care they go through to care for your house goes well beyond other companies. Trust me, I know. I've rented carpet cleaning machines through a hardware store I worked for and lived next to a guy who owned his own carpet cleaning company. I know quality when I see it. This is a small company that cares, not a franchise surviving on up sales. The knowledge of carpet is not going to be found on some crew sent out to clean and get out. I learned alot about the various carpets in my home. They even told me an area rug we have wasn't worth having cleaned. Who does that? “I had a serious issue with puppy stains and was uncertain if they would come out. Patrick and his partner pretreated them with a special enzyme spray, and it started to draw the stains out right away. The carpet wasn't drenched and dried in 24 hours just like Patrick said it would. Very reasonably priced as well. I especially appreciated that Patrick followed up with me this year to see if I needed any services, as I have used Matrix before and will continue to whenever I need to. I highly recommend Matrix!“

With Heather and Marnie’s knowledge and guidance of the variety of carpets available, we were able to choose the right carpet for our needs. They provided multiple samples for us to take and try in our home. They worked with our schedule when we had an unexpected delay. The carpet installation was the best experience I’ve ever had. They (Dave and Payton) removed and replaced four pieces of relatively heavy pieces of furniture and hauled away the old materials.
