Cathy and George are a wonderful team! Beginning at the first phone call to understand the packages offered and set the appointment until they finished the job they were friendly, helpful, and professional. I also appreciated the time frame they gave the day of service and the phone call to let me know they would be arriving soon. Our carpets look amazing! They took extra time to explain what they were doing and why. Cathy also gave several helpful tips on how to care for our carpet to prolong the life. Happy, happy, happy! George and Kathy are bar none, are the very best of people. I love Enviroclean of Illinois!!! I don't call anyone else for service. They are so professional and seriously love their work and are passionate about their product and service. I can't imagine calling anyone else.
