Oleg was great to work with and they kept us informed of all steps in the process with great detail. It was about 4 months from contact to completion of our water damage project, but it was mostly because there was a flood (pun intended) of new customers at the time stemming from a massive rainstorm in the area. Also, supply chain issues were to blame. But overall, we are very pleased with the work and would work with them again (though we hope we never have to).

I needed some restoration work done in my family room and garage after the backup of a sewer in my furnace room. Matt came out to look at it and scheduled someone to come quickly. Chris came, he was the project manager, and he had Damien come the very next day. They put in new walls, which meant removing all of my HVAC, putting in the walls and putting everything back. I was a little concerned because I was afraid that I was going to be without heat or water for a while, it only took six hours, and that made me extremely happy. This company is fantastic. From the team keeping us informed and scheduling times to the teams we met in person, they were the friendliest and most professional workers we've ever had in our home. Having property damage is frustrating but not even one part of working with First Onsite was difficult. The work looks great, and we are ready to get back to normal.
