I've rented carpet cleaning machines through a hardware store I worked for and lived next to a guy who owned his own carpet cleaning company. I know quality when I see it. I asked to be put on their schedule yesterday but they were booked for the next week, until after July 4th but was told if there were any cancellations, they would let me know. They contacted me at the end of that day with a cancellation and came very next day! Totally unexpected and it’s usually a few days/ a week before they can come out.
