This Uchicago clinic is a disgrace. They waited until the day before my appointment to tell me that the dr would be inconvenienced to see me at my selected appointment time. Because the dr was unable to fill slots before my appointment, he wants to leave early and screw me over. Appointment canceled. How immoral!
FYI: Dr. Sam, you forgot to mention in your note that you walked in without knocking on the door or first introducing yourself which I’m pretty sure is the first act of common decency taught to you in medical school. I had no idea who you were as the nurse only referred to you as “the black guy” and did not properly identify what your role was. You then proceeded to ask me what I want and after I told you what my symptoms were you flat out asked me what medications I wanted even though I specifically stated I was not looking for any controlled medicine. My visited was well attended, literally we were in the middle of registration when the nurse was already calling my name in, Dr and nurse stuffs were quick and kind, thanks all.This happened back in june 2022
