“I had my first experience here about 2 weeks ago now. I must say I was utterly impressed and blown away by the service I received. From the moment I walked into the door I felt transported to a very calm and restful place. I just love how this space has been transformed into an oasis almost, I guess I just didn't know what to expect since I had only ever been in a hotel spa before and this experience was far better and less expensive then what I have got at the hotel spas I have been to. I had Jade as my massage therapist, and I treated myself to the Bliss Massage, and it was just that, pure bliss. Before this the longest massage I had was only an hour, while the bliss was two hours. It was pure pampering and it made my body feel soooo much better! I can't wait to try some of their other offerings and I am even looking at the VIP club which seems to be a great value. As I get older and since for the past year I have been working out 5-6 days I week I think a massage could really be the perfect thing to help my body! I also can't wait to try a facial there as a special treat! Overall A+ and like I said I can't wait to go back!“

“1st Choice has been amazing! Amy was wonderful and helped me through my lower back joint pain. I went in not knowing what was going on and she immediately knew what to do and gave me a lot of info on what was actually happening me, and created a phenomenal treatment plan for me that worked all the way through. I do a lot of lifting for a job and my pain was debilitating, something I never knew how to fix, until I went here. They made me feel confident in my own body again and I’m able to go out and enjoy the things I want to without the burden of accidentally hurting myself again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They care for you here and I will always recommend them to anyone.“
