Amy and her staff are all top notch in their field. I have done PT at the Algonquin facility primarily with Amy for over 10 years. Her care, patience, ability to explain the whys of doing an exercise correctly to achieve maximum results are what I enjoy most about her. The other staff members all exhibit the same qualities which is why I prefer going to 1st Choice all the time. The staff is friendly and fun too! I continue to recommend them to my friends.
