1st Choice Physical Therapy is always my first choice when I am need of PT! I have found Amy and Alex to be experts in their field and also incredibly professional and kind. They listen well and I have been helped every time I have needed their service. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and at home. Kim, at the front desk is attentive and always kind and helpful!I rarely post reviews, but was more than glad to post my experience with them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT!

Dr. Amy is absolutely incredible! Her expertise and compassionate care have made a significant difference in my recovery. Kim, her front desk coordinator, is also rockstar? - always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the clinic for anyone in need of physical therapy. Top-notch all around! ??

The care I received from Dr. Zornow was exceptional. She listened to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that provided positive pain relief. Welcome to1st Choice Physical Therapy. We are a dynamic, independently and locally owned group of outpatient rehabilitation clinics located in Algonquin, Huntley, and Sleepy Hollow, Illinois. We specialize orthopedics, sports medicine, women’s and men’s health, and vestibular rehab training. Physician prescriptions are no longer needed through Direct Access. We have a staff of medical professionals whose training, education and experience make them qualified to conduct initial evaluations to determine if physical therapy is appropriate for your circumstances.
