Everyone was so friendly and personable, from the ladies at reception, to our technician, Kyla, to our optometrist, Dr. Falconer. Kyla and Dr. Falconer were thorough and knowledgeable. Explained every part of the exam and what they were looking for when looking at the scans. Even picking out our lenses on the Lenscrafter side was a breeze. Eryn was personable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Eryn even went out of his way to adjust the nosepads on my old pair of glasses (since that was something I didn't even know could be done). My glasses are sitting more comfortably now, no more constantly needing to push them up!“

“Seems fine. I hate that prescriptions for whatever reason only seem to last a year. This place does not do exams so you'll have to get that somewhere else and then bring it to them to fulfill. The service that they offer is available to anyone who could access the base. You do not need to be a military member.
I just wish I could bring my old prescription in which is probably about 3 years old and reuse that since it's doing the job and it would do the job even better without scratches“
