Appointment went well. Pre surgery consultation was thorough and addressed all of my questions. Dr. Jones whad a warm and reassuring manner about himself. Had images taken of my eyes, a view of the eye chart, eye pressure was measured, eyes were dialsted and I was leaving the office in about 90 minutes. Support staff was wonderful as usual!
You need some taller chairs and downstairs arms on the chairs. Those of us with mobility issues can't sit without the fear of not being able to get up. It is quite embarrassing and standing is painful.
Completely satisfied with the physician and the office staff. The doctor did a great job of explaining everything and answering any questions that came up. The office staff was very courteous and knowledgeable in there parts of the eye exam.
