Dr Weber is a great Optometrist. The staff while you’re there in person are wonderful and helpful. However, getting someone to answer the phone or getting an appointment scheduled correctly once you get someone in a call could use some work. We scheduled 4 appointments 2 months in advance, just to show up for one and be told it’s not in the system. I tried to call to check on the other appointments and the phone rang and rang.

My daughter and I both had appointments and she was scared. She had never seen an eye doctor. They calmed her fears and were excellent with her! I have never in my life of going to eye doctors seen someone get on her level and explain everything to a scared child. She ended up not needing glasses but told her she could get blue light glasses to help protect her eyes when she plays on her tablet and laptop for school. They are amazing!

Of course Dr. Weber was great as usual, been going to him for many years, but I just had to comment on Trevaughn and Ajah. They were both very professional and pleasant. It took me a while to find the right frames and Ajah was very patient and helpful. Thanks for the good experience and keep up the good work!
