Walmart Vision & Glasses
“As someone who has never before used Walmart for glasses (I’m a LensCrafters girl), I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received during my trip to pick out frames that were covered under my insurance. I did not have my eye exam done there, so I can’t offer any insight into what it’s like. However, I can say that the ladies helping me with my glasses were very polite and professional. Shae was primarily assisting me, and she did a wonderful job at recommending frames and was knowledgeable about my insurance coverage. I believe I overheard that she had stayed a little longer past her shift, which I would not have guessed since she was so patient with me—someone who is new to this type of insurance and Walmart Vision in general. Thank you, Shae and the other ladies working in the Vision center, for making my first experience a pleasant one! I was able to order two pairs of frames for half the price I would’ve paid at LensCrafters for one pair. I can’t wait to pick them up next week!”
