I have a new job = new insurance so I had to choose a new eye care spot. I did not choose Clarkson initially because I had a negative experience previously at the Swansea location, rude front desk. Well, I found my top choice was booked out to January and I was on my last pair of contacts so I called Clarkson and the scheduler found and opening in two days at the Fairview Heights location.I was impressed with this location. Jessica and Dr Hopkjns made me feel valued as a patient. Both were so kind, professional, and generous with the time they spent with me. They made me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase glasses with them. They answered every question I had thoroughly and made sure I understood the decision I was making. Both of them made me feel like family. I look forward to my next appointment.

They were very thorough and the doctor found things that other doctors could not find. He was very good and it was all in all a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone I know. The opticians were so considerate and nice. A very good experience with the doctor and the staff.
