As someone who has never before used Walmart for glasses (I’m a LensCrafters girl), I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received during my trip to pick out frames that were covered under my insurance. I did not have my eye exam done there, so I can’t offer any insight into what it’s like. However, I can say that the ladies helping me with my glasses were very polite and professional. Shae was primarily assisting me, and she did a wonderful job at recommending frames and was knowledgeable about my insurance coverage. My daughter and I both went in for exams today. Not only was he extremely patient with my daughter, but he thoroughly explained everything to us regarding his decisions and what to keep an eye on with our daughter. We will definitely be using Dr Williams from now on!
Had an appointment here. My experience was great. The doctor was really nice. He was patient while I tried on glasses. Thank God they take my insurance. Bradford Vision Center in Granite City isn't partnered with Molina anymore, and I sure as heck wasnt paying out of pocket. I cant wait to get my glasses. ?
