I appreciated especially that he was able to get the fan installed despite it being a ceiling hugger. The cost was affordable and other companies told me it was not possible to install my fan with a concrete ceiling, but Mike did an excellent job and saw a solution right away for the job. He also installed my kitchen light. He was thoughtful to leave some extra wire in case I wanted to adjust the length at a later time.“

“Guys arrived right on time and promptly repaired three nonworking outlet pairs...and identified a fourth that, contrary to my own belief, *was* functional but only needed to be properly reset; in retrospect, it seems that I'd misattributed a problem caused by a radio's faulty adapter and/or adapter port to the outlet pair itself.
