After a few discussions regarding price and what we agreed upon for solving work space needs. Orlando did estimate and ideas. Dave did majority of work day of project. Needed another meeting of the minds once Dave started. Dave could not be more accommodating. Project done wife happy! Nicely done Dave. Would do other projects with Penco Electeric! Both Michael and Julio part of team that added to our satisfaction. Cannot say enough nice things about Penco experience.“

After getting nowhere with ComEd and 3 other emergency electrical companies who had no availability until next week, I called the emergency line for A to Z Electric and was connected with Ron, who saved the day!

“I consider Jeff to be a teaching and reorganizing electrician. During this hot spell, the window AC tripped a circuit breaker. I was afraid to try it again, had to get it going, as my wife is 95, I'm 86.
Jeff checked out the AC, checked the circuit breaker, taught me that this kind of AC draws a spike of a charge when started, explained that there is a reset button on the plug. I had seen that but didn't know how to use it (our son bought it for us, so he has that paperwork for it.)
He moved the plug for a lamp, so that the AC doesn't have to share.
I appreciate all those things jeff said and did.
I asked how to pay him. Jeff said there 'd be no charge. This thank you is the least I can do in return.
