During the storms today, my condo lost power. Power did not return for me even when all the other units in the building were back on. After getting nowhere with ComEd and 3 other emergency electrical companies who had no availability until next week, I called the emergency line for A to Z Electric and was connected with Ron, who saved the day!
He immediately started helping me troubleshoot over the phone, patiently walking me through what to look for and try, talking me through each step. He was very calm and patient and knew exactly what to check. He spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me and with his help, I was able to get the power turned back on!
