Light switch in the hallway was getting warm to the touch which freaked me out. They came out same day, found a bad connection behind it, and replaced the switch. No more warm spots, no smell
used them for a few different things over the last couple months. started with some outlets in the basement that had no ground and turned into a bigger conversation about the panel which was older than i realized. they didnt push me into anything, just laid out what was urgent vs what could wait. ended up doing the outlets first and then scheduling the panel upgrade a few weeks later once i had time to plan around it. both visits they were on time, kept the work area pretty clean, and actually explained what they were doing when i asked instead of giving me the runaround. pricing was in line with two other quotes i got. one of the techs noticed my smoke detector was wired...read full review
