“We are newer to the area and have two cats and no vet. I called them and they got us in right away (Other vets I had called in the area before them said I had to wait a week to see my cat Elery) she could bor wait a week to be seen as she had fecal matter completely stuck to her rump, which can be really unhealthy and cause infection, it was bad and she was super uncomfortable and it came on all the sudden. Dr. Lawrence and her staff were amazing with us in Elery. The clinic is clean and the staff and the doctor extremely professional and caring. I was completely stressed and they made me so comfortable and of course Elery too. When all was said and done even the fee was reasonable especially for the ask and the last minute getting us in and being so wonderful. We Thank and appreciate all of you there and thank you for the welcome Card we received in the mail after visiting. You are wonderful! If you looking for a great place to bring your pet I highly recommend!!!“
“We were new clients, with a nonstop vomiting mainecoon. Glendale not only took us in immediately, so very thorough, called and checked on him 2 times that same day to ensure he was doing better! He is now good as new! We found our permanent veterinarian!“

“I have gone to a plethora of different veterinary hospitals where I was not satisfied with their services and pricing. With the amount of positive reviews this clinic has received I decided to give it a go and honestly it’s been the best experience.The clinic is very small but everyone whether front desk, vet tech or veterinarian is very friendly and helpful. The only veterinarian that saw my pup was Dr. Franklin and boy oh boy was she amazing. This was the first time I have encountered a veterinarian who not only cared for the patient but the clients as well.For reference, I went in with my pup since she had some crusty looking skin on her hind legs. Being the worrisome dog mom I just had to take her in in case it was something more serious. Dr. Franklin checked her out and laid out ALL options of what we could do about her skin. She talked about least invasive to most invasive options, mentioned rough pricing, as well as gave her input on what she would recommend doing with what she saw. Dr. Franklin did an amazing job explaining everything and really took the time to answer any questions/concerns we had.Additionally, the pricing of the clinic is truly not bad and it makes it worth while knowing your pet is in good knowledgeable hands.I would recommend this veterinary hospital especially if you are looking for a smaller and quieter office.“
“My dog had been shaking her head like her ear bothered her. So I kept looking with flash light, and carefully using a qtip. Well Sat I looked in her ear and now it was oozing liquid and look like a thick gel inside. Anyway time to go to vet!! I called my vet at 10:00 Sat am, and could only leave a message. So I called back .Then about 2:00 my vet office called me back!! No now we're closed we can see you Monday,! Monday I work any way I thought of Pet Supplies in Des Plaines just opened a clinic., so I ran over there they were wonderful!!! Better than my vet. Dr. Carol I believe and her assistant!!! Such a great team. My dog is not always easy, she's a rescue from the city 2 yrs living in the streets. Then the pound!! And her ear hurt now so No No!! Well the assistant held her tight and muzzled her very quickly.,and Dr look Ed. Then put it under microscope and say it's a yeast infection. You can take her home and try ear drops or we can do a 30 day drop,and see if it works!! One day later my dog is so happy!!! They were so quick, but not rushed,so reasonable, and very good even with a difficult dog!!! I love them!!!I'll be back“
“Northwest Animal Hospital has gone above and beyond for the special care of my dog, Bear. He is a purebred German Shepherd with pituitary dwarfism. I have been to many vets, and NW were the ones to properly diagnose him and continue to find ways to make sure he stays healthy despite statistics of his diagnosis. We love NW Animal Hospital and are forever grateful for what they have done for Bear and our family. Thank you!!!!“

“Have been taking our dogs here, since the day the clinic opened its doors, we had the pleasure of working with Dr. Lang, and Now Dr. F. Doctor and his staff are always welcoming and supportive. Then my mom had to put her 2 older dachshunds down within weeks of each other, the Staff at DGAH sent her roses and a card. Dr F is knowledgeable and understands every pet is different and he adjusts to them. I love that when we come for appointments Dr F will sit down on the ground with my dog and say hello and even sometimes conduct his appointments from there. I just don't even know the words to explain how wonderful Dr Flahven and his staff is! we have since moved from the area and continue to take our dogs to Deer Grove Animal Hospital“

“Followed Dr. Beloiu to her newest location for one of our dog's annual exam. I called to make an appointment and the process was easy and seamless. I received an email with our pet's information to review and to also check in. When I arrived , the receptionist was so kind . All of the staff were nice and caring. Of course, I am always happy with Dr. Beloiu . She is so calm and reassuring and our dog is immediately put at ease. When I scheduled the appointment a $65 charge was required , and it was applied to my bill. Overall, very happy with the entire process and service.“
