I have gone to a plethora of different veterinary hospitals where I was not satisfied with their services and pricing. With the amount of positive reviews this clinic has received I decided to give it a go and honestly it’s been the best experience.The clinic is very small but everyone whether front desk, vet tech or veterinarian is very friendly and helpful. The only veterinarian that saw my pup was Dr. Franklin and boy oh boy was she amazing. This was the first time I have encountered a veterinarian who not only cared for the patient but the clients as well.For reference, I went in with my pup since she had some crusty looking skin on her hind legs. Very professional and know how to handle dogs of all sizes. I pamper my dog and make sure he only gets the best food, care and service my money can buy. They also have a passion for animals there and it shows in their work. Several dog owners in the area recommend them and there's a reason.

Dr. Trommer and her staff are amazing! Your furbaby is treated as if it was their own. You are made comfortable the minute you walk in and all questions are answered. I was taking my furbabys to another pet hospital that Dr. Trommer was at previously and followed her to Villa Park even though I live in North Aurora! That is how much I trust the care and compassion of Dr. Trommer. My furbabys love her too! ❤️
