The staff are all wonderful and trust bringing my 3 dogs for care, just wish the pricing was a tad bit more reasonable, prices for nail trims when I started were $15.... now they are $28 - that's $13 more since a year ago... and that practically double :( I know/understand costs go up over time, but doubling in a year after changing mgmt/ownership??? - that would be my only complaint for loyal/long coming customers....
I have been a client of theirs for years and I have always received the best care. All of the staff are welcoming, they take time to listen to your concerns and I always feel my dog is in the best hands. Highly recommend.
Dr Odom was amazing! So patient with our recently adopted cat. She answered all questions we had. My only regret is I didn’t get the names of the techs that helped us as well so I can share what wonderful treatment we received from them as well!
