We had a minor emergency (infection) and Elk Grove was the only vet who had room to see our dog. They were kind, patient, and really listened. I felt like my dog mattered to them, and they helped us when we really needed help. We've since said goodbye to our old vet and switched. We've done a full wellness exam and our experience was good. I think they are especially trustworthy because they are an independent clinic- no corporate buy outs. I'm so happy we found them.

Very helpful staff. We switched after our vet retired and took our two cats here. One gets very anxious so they were able to give him some gas to calm his nerves and a full exam that revealed an issue with his teeth that wouldn’t have been discovered if he hadn’t been fully sedated. Dr Leo took time to explain everything and learn about both pets. Lent us a carrier when we had to bring our cats back at the same time after scheduling staggered appointments. Front desk team very friendly and helpful. A little on the pricey side but worth it.

We’ve been taking our dogs here for two years and everyone is so kind and competent. Both my dogs love everyone there and you can tell they’re working from a place of love and passion. One of my dogs is sick right now and they were so quick to run tests to get to the bottom of it and Olivia got that information to me as quickly as she could, which I greatly appreciate because waiting for answers is so stressful and I worry. Knowing that these are the people in charge of my dogs’ medical care puts some of my worry to rest though. I love my dogs and I’m glad I’ve found a place that loves them too
